Rinku Town Station is one stop from Kansai International Airport (KIX, ~5 min by train) and ~8 minutes by car/taxi. Rinku Premium Outlets approximately 17 minutes walk. Rinku Park 0.6km. No on-site parking — use nearby paid parking. No elevator in building.

No front desk and no luggage storage service — this is a fully self-managed property. Guests arriving before the 16:00 check-in cannot store luggage on-site. Plan to arrive at or after check-in time, or use coin lockers at Rinku Town Station.
